This is the more complicated bounce method of the WordPress Newsletters plugin. It requires the creation of an email alias to pipe incoming emails to an address to a Perl (CGI) script in the backend of your site where it is then processed and action is taken according to your settings. It allows more control for technicians but if you are looking for a more simpler bounce management solution, please see the POP/IMAP mailbox bounce method.
