The Wordpress mailing list plugin comes with a subscription form which allows you to insert multiple (unlimited) optin forms on your Wordpress website using several different methods to embed these forms into your site.
Users visiting your website will be able to see and use the subscription form(s) to subscribe to specific or multiple mailing lists together with custom fields assigned to those mailing lists.
